Winter Recess Support Hours – 2017

Full technical and functional support for the PRISM System will end at 5:00 PM on Thursday, December 21, 2017 and resume at 8:00 AM on Tuesday, January 2, 2018. Limited PRISM System support will be available during the Winter Recess according to the following schedule:

Support Hours:

• Friday, December 22 – Closed
• Monday, December 25 – Closed
• Tuesday, December 26 – 9:00 AM – 3:00 PM
• Wednesday, December 27 – 9:00 AM – 3:00 PM
• Thursday, December 28 – 9:00 AM – 3:00 PM
• Friday, December 29 – 9:00 AM – 3:00 PM
• Monday, January 1 – Closed
• Tuesday, January 2 – Resume full operations at 8:00 AM
